Default BJJ/MA programs

I am a blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu looking for some information regarding a good training program for BJJ. I do BJJ 3-4 days per week and currently lift weights 3 days. My primary goals are performance, health, and aesthetics. Before getting into BJJ my strength training background is more body building oriented, thus, I am having a hard time creating a good routine to mesh with my BJJ efforts. My questions are: what has worked for you guys/gals who also do a MA and what advice would you have for me? Thanks in advance.

I'm not expert but found that a full body routine worked best to increase fitness levels while maximizing recovery and avoiding overtraining.

You can use the search function to find any number of full body plans. Alot of guys like Cosgrove and Waterbury plans but there are others out there too.

Check out [http://www.alwyncosgrove.com[/url] for info on his Martial Arts Conditioning book and Jason Feruggia's new MA package.
