I'm still trying to make sure I see anything! At the mo - German Eurosport is my best bet if I can find someone who has access to it....
...unless Getgot is gonna hook me up....

1. Fedor TKO strikes
2. Randleman in an upset by TKO
3. Barnett by whatever he wants
4. Hunt would have kicked BBean's head off but now BB will lose a decision to the ex-WWF wrestler
5. Hendo by decision
6. Nakamura by sub
7. Lawler by TKO
8. Baroni by TKO

BTW, is Fedor the coolest cucumber on the planet or WHAT?? That, my friends, is why he is the best in the world at ANY weight class, period.

haha, probably.
Fedor Emelianenko vs. Mark Coleman Mauricio "Shogun" Rua vs. Kevin Randleman Josh Barnett vs. Pawel Nastula
Dan Henderson vs. Vitor Belfort
Butterbean vs. Sean O'Haire Kazuhiro Nakamura vs. Travis Galbraith Joey Villasenor vs. Robbie Lawler Phil Baroni vs. Yosuke Nishijima
Barnett still isn't cleared to fight. O'Haire may replace him, and Rulon Gardner replace him.

this card just seems so irrelevant.
I hear ya. I think that for the 1st pride gig in the USA they are scambling for decent fights. Not really indicative of what Pride has had to offer in the past.

Hunt is definitely out according to this and Gardner will NOT be fighting. O'Haire will fight Butterbean.
Barnett is IN though. "As of today... I'll be officially licensed in Nevada again and ready to put a stompin' on somebody."
Apparently Silva is still talking about fighting Chuck in Feb. in Pride's next US show. But yeah it woulda been nice to see a championship match this time around.

I'm wondering if Fedor's hand is healed enough that he'll wanna drop bombs or if he'll go for the sub. Either way he wins via any way he chooses.
Hendo has not been impressive lately but I still see him breaking Vitor down. However if Belfort does connect with an early flurry...

I am very impressed with Dan Henderson. Also, his nose is much flatter than last I saw him.
Another note: I am not at all impressed with that woman announcer-singer-whateverthehellsheis - very annoying. The whole shiny, loud music, glitterama-look has gotta be modified for US audiences.
Chuck was there? Why didn't he get in the ring when Silva called his ass out?
Did Fedor launch some missles at Coleman or what... almost felt bad for Mark just hanging on for dear life. He knew if he let go of that leg a murder was gonna go down. Hammer House guys better buy a BJJ book or some damn thing if they don't wanna lose any more joints. Gotta give him props for getting in there and lasting that long though.
It was pretty cool that all the fights save one were subs or KO/TKOs. Shogun and Barnett both threw on some slick subs. That knee bar looked so damn painful, I was wincing watching that. Nastiest move in MMA.
As for the announcer lady, the production, and Takada. Well. umm........ haha
The coolest part of the evening was knowing that I will be there in February. Yeah, that's right, I'll be there to see Silva:p

that guy has some ridiculously effective hands. when he connects, it looks(and sounds) painful.

lol, yeah. never liked her, her voice is pretty headache inducing. Takada has always been a tool, at least he didn't do the whole beating the drum in a diaper though.
I also could have down without the CONSTANT eluding to UFC. and shoving the mic to crying children was a bit akward.
How about that Militech guy? 13 second...wham bam thank you mam! (not that Lawlers that good of a fighter...he likes to brawl and can easily be taken out of his game...at least the last couple of times I saw him fight).
Kuri - Silva in Febraury huh? Got some good seats? Sounds like a great time. Perhaps Chuck will be there and you can get invited to one of his parties?
wonder if Randleman's knee is bending gth RIGHT way yet....fuck.

Nice...the rest of the fights are on the right hand side.
Apart from Barnett?

Some bloody good fights there! Barnett made a meal of his, Fedor was his normal self.
Was very impressed by Henderson.

Just wait until people get exposed to CroCop, Kang, Hunt, Filho, Gomi, Silva, the Nogueiras, Joachim Hansen etc...
I'm confident Pride will learn from this show and improve aspects that need it so when they start matching the top guys up in title fights on these shores people used to TUF/UFC are gonna see another level.

Fedor pretty much repeated exactly what he did to coleman last time, that was the craziest moment of the night, though I felt sorry how bloodied Coleman's face was.
