the TUFers really came through huh? I think you could see Melvin's fist coming out of that guys back...jesus.

and Rashad just destroying Lambert, with a lot more experience and many were picking to win. the last thing fighters in that division wanted to see was one of the most athletic fighters learn to finish people.

That was perhaps the best body punch I've ever seen. Most people underestimate it but Melvin and earlier this month Cro-Cop showed how effective body shots are.

Big props to Melvin - that guy is for real.
