Default Mind Body and Kick Ass Moves...

Don't know if you guys have seen this BBC series.. Kung Fu guy from Birmingham travel SE Asia interviewing MA masters.

Anyhoo, found loads of clips on youtube. Some of them are out there -some are quite cool. All the Eskrima ones are spot on - this ones with an 88 yr old you wouldn't mess with! My favourite is the Ultimate Swordsman one...

Have you ever read any of Mark Wiley's books?
One of the foremost Western scholars on Filipino/SE Asian MA. Check out his "Filipino Martial Culture." Great book.
