So, again after a long lay off due to kids, work and vacation schedule, i went back to a class last night, and with the roundhouse kicks and the Lunges I have started doing, my hips are kinda sore. Not in pain or anything, but I know that I worked them last night and the night before.
I think my problem is that my hip abductors are really tight, and swimming is not really a sport that stretches these muscles, so for the these past months I have done nothing to stretch them.
Man, nothing like starting again to make you humble.
Thats it..unless you guys have some stretches, for this area, that you wish to share......
