I want to be like Bas
Was just checking out the photos of the latest weigh ins and came across this photo of Bas....dude is looking good for pushing 40. Think he puts most of the younger guys to shame when it comes to pure physique...oh yeah his opponent, Kimo, got kicked out for drugs...

Seriously? You mean you don't wanna look like Ricco on the left there?

Really? Well Ricco weighed in at a trim 299 lbs so you'd better purchase New Rules.
I just read Ricco is surviving the 1st round against Waterman.

I don't really follow mma, but I like Bas. I've seen a bit of him in action, and like the content and the sense I get of him from some training/instructional vids I've seen.

Yeah Bas is a class act. To me he embodies the martial spirit. I heard that in training for this fight he tore up an ACL, pulled a groin, and cracked a rib but he still came in and won by knockout via LEG KICKS in the first round.
Tough tough bastard!

Kimo got booted for drugs???? wow. And he's a minister and such a devote man of God. Oh well, I guess that just goes to show any kind can get hooked on the "stuff".
Oh yeah, Bas is one tough SOB.

I'm not 299lbs, but I've got the fat layers that Ricco does (maybe not as much..)...but I'm working on it through those damn burpees and such! If I can get to Bas's size I'd be a happy man!

And where does the bible say "YE SHALL NOT DOETH STERIODS?" lol there are so many myths and misinformation about steriods out there that its almost as fun when someone says America is winning the war on drugs...
