It appears the much-anticipated mixed martial arts bout between rival champions Chuck Liddell and Wanderlei Silva, scheduled for November, might be off. "I don't even know if Silva's going to happen," said Dana White, president of the Ultimate Fighting Championship. He cited problems in dealing with the Japan-based Pride Fighting Championships that is home to Silva.
you knew that was coming

Chuck is going to get his ass handed to him! Woohoo!
I agree with you, but this is still one I've got to see. It looks like everyone involved is looking past Chuck's up comming fight on the 26th. I don't think that's a smart move.
People don't seem to realize that babula CAN beat Chuck. Chuck is far from an unbeatable monster. If I'm babalu, I am fired-up about all this Chuck-Venderlei shit...

Well theres no more Wanderlei-Chuck shit but I'm sure Babalu is still fired up.
Anyone that beats Shogun Rua & Jeremy Horn in ONE NIGHT, not to mention taking Fedor to a decision has a great chance against anyone.
I'm officially pulling for Babalu

Yup and that is the same shogun that beat the TAR out of Silva the last time they met.
Would love to see one-punch-chuck go down. the only thing that amazes me about chuck is his ability to stand right back up after being taken down....frickin uncanny.

If Babalu gets Chuck on his back ala the Rampage fight it could be all she wrote. That is an if though cuz yeah, no doubt Chuck is drilling his already stellar takedown defense.
