Default Standing Bag Workout

My doctor tells me to stop running for a few weeks to let my IT tendonitis heal.

I can cross-train, though. Are there workout programs developed specifically for using a standing bag? I'm just looking for something a step or two up from Tae-Bo to keep my conditioning up.

Naturally, I'll skip lots of rope too.

Thanks for any suggestions.

Here's some good stuff from a traditional boxing point of view

For kicking I usualy alternate rounds...one punching, one kicking, one mixed. Alternating "punch out" and power "punching".

Check out Bas Rutten's MMA workout audio CD's. You can use a couple of these with a heavy bag and they are a fantastic workout. There are four CD's to choose from, Boxing, Thai, MMA and MMA Workout. I've been using these for that last month and the are superb.
