1. Kung fu and karate are two completely different things
2. This guy was stupid for giving a grappler his leg, there was no "master" about him.

Some of the other videos on that site are brutal. The one that shows unarmed people trying to defend against knife attacks. Ouch.

A minor weight difference as well Id say. Looks/sounds like he broke the guys elbow with a kimura. A poor and disturbing display!

I'm a "normy" I guess....

They are not the same to me.

I am also glad the other guys here had the same impression on that video as I did.

What's funny about it? I know they are both adults and were willingly taking part in something with risks, but if the guy's arm was accidentally broken, in that context it would be, in my opinion, poor self control for something happening in a training hall. But, I know accidents happen. However, they certainly aren't funny.

However, it seems that perhaps the intent was to be full out -- What's up with the reference "watch your eyes?" Why did they cut the vid there? -- then I think it's pretty stupid, but it's their business, I suppose. I wonder if it was a challenge one way or the other. Still stupid, IMO. Even if it was supposed to be full out, I find it disturbing that the MMA fighter would actually snap a joint, if that was his goal. But, in a full out challenge, I suppose anything must go, since the same intent is in the other guy's mind. Again, dumb, I think, but their business. Still not funny.
