Default Update...

THe PT I was helping with padwork had his fight Saturday night.

He won by knockout 10sec into round 2. Straight left to the head while moving right off the line of attack, switch left with a knee to the floating rib, switch right with a knee to the doubled over guys head - straight through the guard - down like a ton of bricks.

Opponent recovered ok, Frank a very popular winner!

Congrats to your friend.

Where did the fight take place?

Fort Regent, Jersey.

Minor event, Jersey hosted a bunch of Muay Thai guys from the mainland.

Still some of the bouts were pretty good, including Frank's.
