It's called 'Bruce Lee Screen Test' and its him displaying a few simple moves to do when you are being encountered or grabbed (I think that's what he says.)
He's almost too quick for the camera!

I think we should rephrase the "Almost too quick for the camera!".
He is to quick for that camera, it quite often just captures his starting position and the end position, and most certainly not much in between. His moves appear jumpy because it's not picking all the inbetween stuff up because he is indeed to fast for the camera.
Og.

Yeah that's classic. I forget the title but theres a documentary out a few yrs ago that shows some clips of Lee in his infamous backyard training during his later period after he had worked out Jeet Kune Do concepts.
There was some footage of him training with James Coburn & Kareem Abdul Jabbar, as well as core guys like Dan Inosanto.

Read the testimonials - loads of guys who trained with Bruce Lee reckon Tommy's faster!

What I like about Tommy was his crisp technique and footwork - very nice!
No doubt he's fast but it looks like parts where he's striking are sped up slightly - as in the first one the guy who's chewing gum, note his jaw moves faster during the striking action.
Anyway, that was cool.
