I just got it about an hour ago. I have been looking through it and am damn excited about it. The book looks awesome and from the little bits I have read is really well done. Way to go Alwyn! For those of you that don't know, its called Secrets of Martial Arts Conditioning and is available at alwyncosgrove.com. I would recomend the book to anybody looking to be faster, stronger, healthier, and look better.

Any more feedback on this?

I've had it for a while and done the strength/resistance routine two times through. I'll be starting it again soon. It's become my main routine, and I always make good progress on it.

Plus, there is more than that in it. It's a really good piece of work.
