Just trying to get some action going on in here! The look on Chuck's face is awesome when the guy tells him "as hard as you can." Chuck has to be thinking something along the lies of "this guy is a moron." Hits him in the arm and knocks him down - that is some power.

Man, I just noticed right now this forum was up!

And what was Tony Hawk doing in that video? haha...

Buk, awhile ago Crossfit had this video of Jon Hackleman, Chuck's trainer showing how he does a hook.

I'll have to dig up that video of an NFL player challenging a 155lb fighter. The fighter just schools him, making him tap out like 3 times in a minute.
