Default How much have you lost? April 2009 Edition

Since there seems to be some interest in an updated poll (and we can't change our answers on the first poll), I thought I'd set up the April 2009 edition of "How much have you lost?".

100lbs by the number on the scale, but quite possibly more fat than that.

A pic of my transformation:

That is very motivational to me, thank you for sharing. When I get the time this week, I'll share more of my story. Maybe start some sort of a log.

What an inspiration. Great job. I've only lost half of what you have; I know how hard it is! The most inspiring part is what happened after you lost the fat.-- amazing!

I'll refrain from voting in the new poll until I reach the next category.

Default 33.1 KG (73 lbs) in 1 year (5 months stable)

33.1 KG (73 lbs) Loss. Most of that has been fat. The numbers suggest that the lean mass has remained constant, but I know I have more muscle in my lats and arms. Probably some non-essential lean mass was lost, but managed to lose pretty much all fat. Still overweight by BMI but don't think I will be trying to drop lower at this point.

I have been stable for about 5 months now, and my body has adjusted to this weight meaning I can go off the wagon a bit and I head back to this weight.

looking for new goals to keep me motivated to sweep off the snow on my balcony at 6am in the dark of winter to do my workouts.
