Default Frustrated and in need of help

Hello,
I am looking for some feedback and help with my routine. Here is some background information on me to start. I am a 25 year old female, 5'2", and currently weight 214. Within the past year I have gone from 175 to my current 214. A few years back I lost 150 lbs. I started at 324 and ended at the 175. I lost it by eating at an extreme defecit, cutting all bad foods, but not exercising. About a year ago I went on the ABS diet, to gain a healthier eating habit, but feel as though it cause me to gain weith. I currently am on the TNT diet, and am following NROL4W. I am on stage 3 of the program, and I feel as though I am not losing the mst optimal amount of weight. I workout 4-5 days per week, for at least 1 hour some days 2. I feel very stuck, and would appreciate any help or advice that anyone could give.

How much weight are you losing, if any? Also, what does your nutrition look like? Do you count calories/log what you eat? You also might want to post this in the Fat Loss Troubleshoot section where Leigh can see it and provide a more informed opinion.

Megan:

Many of the women on this board have had success with NROL, but at the same time there are many of us who found that the routines are taxing and wear us out complete (and tend to make us want to eat more). Tom is right on the money when he asked what your diet looked like but my question is more about your training routine.

Are you lifting each of those 4-5 days a week? Are you alternating weight training with HIIT or other aerobic activity? Are you doing Weight training 3x a week and cardio 4-5 times a week?
