Default 3 months of TNT Plan A

Sorry if this is a dupe.

I celebrated completion of my first 3 months of Plan A last week. I wore a shirt I bought just before I started, and when I bought it I couldn't even button it.

It's kinda soft and shiny and I knew people at work couldn't resist touching it so I carb loaded the day and a half before and got nice and hard and big so they would feel the muscles underneath. Is that vain? haha. Well, it was worth it.

I lost 35 lbs of fat and gained 10 lbs of muscle. Granted, I 'm still obese and over 300 lbs. but it's nice to be less obese, and I can't wait to see where I'll be in another 3 months.
Thanks for listening.

The shirt in question is the default pic on my mypace. check it out. myspace.com/pimpjuice240

Nice progress - definitely makes you feel good when others see it also. Keep up the good work.

I am in my fifth week and I had terrible headaches for my entire second week. I decided my problem was dehydration and possibly too many nitrates. I doubled my water intake and cut out stuff with nitrates (beef jerky, most bacon, pepperoni, any cooked sausage) and I felt better in about 36 hours.
