I forgot about this thread!
Thanks everyone. I really don't think that I did anything extraordinary. Just did what I was supposed to do and, well, shit happened.
I'm hoping to duplicate this success shortly. I've decided to go for it all in the next couple months before November. We'll see what happens.

I would like to say again to everyone, Thank you for participating. As I have mentioned before, things were not always as I had planned, but then again what in life is?? Any ideas on what we should do for the next challenge?

Newman:
The Gym Here at work is doing a Fitness safari.... Basically you have 30 days to complete 45 out of 52 tasks. We could use that as a basis for activity.

You have to complete 45 of the 52 items on the list. (some of these are specifically geared towards the building the gym is in, but they could be modified easily). Things like 1000 crunches or 100 pushups can be completed over time.
Team it up with a nutrition portion of the challenge (because this will probably be the make or break for people) and you could have an interesting 30 day challenge for people to complete (and it wouldn't be hard to modify Og's sheet to fit the challenge I wouldn't think).
Here's the list:
Track Sprints (8 sides of the building)
10 minutes of boxing
5 minutes of jumping rope
Wallyball
Outdoor Cycling
40 flight of stair climbing
Step Class
Yoga Class
50 Basketball Layups
10 minutes stair climber
100 reps bench press
All Leg Machines 15 reps
All Upper body Machines 15 reps
Body Sculpting Class
30 minutes of weight lifting
100 pushups
20 minutes on the Elliptical Machine
11 laps around the track
500 jumping jacks
Racquetball
Pilates class
Stretching (15 MInutes)
5K Run/Walk
Safety Meeting (that's a no brainer, it's required).
20 minutes treadmill
250 body squats
lunges around the track (2x)
BP Weekly
Yard work
Outdoor Running
Swimming
64 OZ of water daily
stability ball workout
Outdoor walking
20 minutes Stationary bike.
exercise with a partner
Eat Fruit daily
Go to Local Park
100 Assisted Dips
Resistance band workout
Eat International Cuisine
1000 crunches
Self Defense
Body Composition
100 Free Throws
Limit Fat intake daily
view/take karate class
run/walk fastest mile
Hoola Hoop for 5 minutes
20 assisted pullups
learn five new exerises
Read a fitness magazine.

Looks like it could be fun...reminds me of the 43 things sort of stuff. I would be interested to see what this group would come up with for a finalized list. What does everyone else think? Thanks for sharing Paula..

Yeah, are we going to get shirts? I figured it might take a while, but not over 2 months. Any new info floating around?

I know I am late to the party I just wanted to congratulate all the winners, and everyone else that saw the challenge through to the end. Truly everyone that completed it and helped improve themselves can consider themselves a winner.
I also wanted to extend a congratulations to James, LD, Ogdei for organizing this competition and keeping it running smooth to the end. If anyone else was involved later on in the challenge after the first couple of weeks good job to you also, I just wasn't around to know that you helped out.
