Eats were a little off due to a power nap I took this afternoon.

Roses:
TNT is helping a lot. Weighed this morning and I was down 4.5 lbs and below 250 - its been a LOOOOONG time since that has happened. I'm curious what Sunday will bring since that is my official weigh in day.

Rose: feels like I'm really getting into a groove with my workouts and eats. I really like the TT workouts so far. I wonder which program I'll do next...

Thorn: I've been keeping up on my challenge just fine, but I've been terrible at keeping up with my tracker. I will update it this weekend!
