LIVIN' LARGE: Minimizing yourself and maximizing your life! When you have over 100 pounds to lose it can seem impossible to get started in the right direction.
Thorns: Progress seemed to have stalled. Can't figure out for the life of me what I am doing wrong. I'm tightening up on the diet to see if that helps. Going to eat 10 x BW every day for awhile and see if that doesn't work. I was eating below on my non lifting days and wonder if I wasn't eating too little.
Roses: workouts have been great! Trying not to do too much cardio. This is my last week of the break in on NROL, then next week I will be off and start Fat Loss I the following week I have been noticing gains with NROL, these guys sure know what they're talking about!!!
You have increased your activity levels and are doing NROL workouts. You might want to actually consider increasing your intake some. You need to feed that fat burning machine of yours.

I can spend a week eating like crap and then I look like crap. Then I spend a day eating great and think I look fabulous again.
Not like in the week and a day I have appreciably changed how I look. Just a mental picture of how we see ourselves.
Man I wonder what we would look like in the Matrix. Weren't their Avatars residual reflections of how they saw themselves?

I would be so HAWT in the Matrix.
I'd also be constantly wearing mirror shades.
And MY trench coat would be vinyl and WAY cooler than anyone else's.
And I'd look like an anime character, all spikey-haired and shit.
Or a 50s pinup girl.
I can't decide.
:p
Oh sure...some days...but what about those days when you're feeling fat on the inside?
And BTW when you get to the matrix we want pics

Today is going pretty well. I didn't prep last night like I should have and had to grab stuff out of the freezer for my meals but I did carry all my meals.
Not very hungry today for some reason.

I can feel suddenly "fat" after just one meal!!! The mind is a terrible thing to have!
Thorn: The AC crapped out again at work today. The office averaged 85 degrees all day. The landlord had a new unit installed because the old one kept konking out on really hot days. Today was a really hot day.....
Rose: For once I actually enjoyed my long ride home in my air conditioned car. Oh yeah, workouts are going well, but I still need to eat a bit more.

Decent day so far. Boyfriend worked on my calves last night. I think I jumped out of my skin a few times while he found some really nice knots. Must be better about foam rolling.

Or get the stick. Then you can have it with you at the office, or at home, next to the bed, wherever. Works great for calves and quads, I've noticed.
I'm late checking in, as I had no internet service Sun nite-Wed. Guess I should have checked in on Sunday morning!
THORNS: No workouts for the entire week while healing a SLOWWWWWW to recover lower back issue. It's much better, and I should be able to run and resume selective weight training. At any rate, I have no shot at reaching the training goals that I set for the challenge with so much down time.

Rose:
The office brought in 36 donuts today, my last official TNT Plan A day. As I am moving into a new job they wanted to do something nice for me.
I didn't have any.

Roses: 484 points so far, and halfway through with my second anger mgmt book that is FAR superior to the first.
Thorns: food... ehhh last night. I had an oatmeal issue. Today doing LC to make up for it and I am freaking HUNGRY. The cruise is on Saturday-Thursday; I plan to eat mainly fruits/veggies/meat and limit the starchy sweet crap to early in the day (with a bite of someone ELSE'S dessert at dinner).
TNT begins after I return.

I went on a cruise once and it was before kids so I was in great shape and strong as an ox. Anyway, I found it really easy to eat sweets in moderation since they were at every meal and the meals were often. Since there was always something new and yummy around the corner, it was very easy to eat one or two bites only. Do enjoy yourself!

Maybe you could go on plan E and just put a few weeks worth of carb days in a row

Yeah, the last cruise we did I did... OK. I didn't have the bathing suit sword of damocles hanging over my head, though... may make a huge impact on what I eat though!
I like Og's idea--if only my uniform would fit upon my return if I were to do so...
