I've made my journal!!

My fitness goals: 3 days of weight training, 2 days of cardio... either Hiit or 20 minutes of ss cardio.

Nutritional goal: to count my calories daily and to try and consume at least 1800 a day or more.

Personal goal: to gain 5 pounds... hopefully.. mostly muscle w/ a little fat.

competitive goal: need to look into this one....

Ark's 61 day challenge

Had to get in before you locked the thread. Better late than never. I have been wicked busy at work and will have to put my plan together on the fly. My fitness life is an open book, so I will just continue using my current training log to update progress. I will flesh these out a little more.
Nutrition - clean eating 90% of the time.
Fitness - at least three days of lifting and 2 days of HIIT per week.
Goal - lose those pesky final pounds and get down to 175 while maintaining strength levels.
Competition - I have no idea at the moment.

Sorry not to be prepared on this one, but I will give it my best shot.
