I injured my wrist a little while ago, and while i can do some of the exercises, some of them are a little difficult to do...in this case, would you guys lower the intensity of the exercises and continue to work out? or switch to, say, circuit training? or cut out resistance training all together and just stick to cardio?

Avoid the painful exercise completely. If it doesn't improve soon, get it checked by a doc.
