I too would like to know whats up with the shoulders. I just started working out and was doing incline barbell press. My left shoulder (Don't know which part) started to hurt. I was able to complete my sets but it was not comfortable. Now 2 days later its still there and quite touchy. I used to do hand Stand press ups and now cannot do them. Too painfull. This thing goes away until I put some weight on it and then it comes back.
