In your reply to my post "went to the chiro this morning bad news" You suggested that I "You'll also need to increase the volume of lower intensity exercise. The easiest way to do it is with a variation of circuit training using dynamic flexibility ex. and lighter complexes of common exercises (exercise selection depends on the soft-tissue issues at hand). You'll be amazed at how good it will make you feel." Do you have a sample workout that you could post for me? I really would apprecaite it. Thank man.

Do a search for javorek complexes on this site and on the net. That will give you an example. You'll need to modify the exercises to avoid aggrevating your symptoms.

This is a link with video of some of the complexes.
