OK, I had a very mild shoulder injury last week. Actually it wasn;t really an injury, it just didn't "feel right" while I was benching plus was a bit weaker than normal. So I've given it a week and a half off, no weights at all.
BUT, I've got army selection next week wo it's press-up time. The shoulder is fine now, but I'm just worried that it might be a bit soon after the injury. Is there anything I can do between now and monday to help strengthen the joint so it holds up?

Well, there's very little detail in your post for one (read the stickied note at the top of the topic list), which makes it difficult to figure out what, if anything, has happened. But here's the blunt answer:

IF you injured your shoulder in any function-affecting kind of way, there's not really anything that is going to help you in four days (in time for your selection), because the physiological processes that occur after injury take far longer than that to do their work.

Over the longer term (on the order of weeks), there may be things you can do to improve your recovery, but that depends on what you did in the first place.
