I've had tendonitis in my wrist for almost a year now and it really sucks- I almost always tape it up when I lift otherwise when I bench it gets really painful as I move up the weight. I've taken time off before to see if it would go away but it just came back. I did buy some of those things you squeeze with your hands to strengthen your forearm but haven't tried them much yet, do you think those would help or any other recommentations? thanks!
