I've played baseball all my life... Had rotator cuff and labrum surgery about 5 years ago but it did not fix my sore arm. Before it was only sore when throwing but lately it is staying sore after throwing and affecting me when I do other things like lifting.
Whenever I do pullups, bench, tris, dips, or bis after throwing it is extremely painful. Rest does not make the issue go away, it just feels a little less painful. The pain seems to be throughout my entire arm, in between my shoulder and elbow. But to the touch, it hurts on my lower bicep and on the side of my arm right in between the tricep and bicep.
I've been to doctors, therapists, etc. They first diagnosed bicep tendonitis then a torn rotator cuff and labrum... Anyone have a similar
situation? Or advice? Or therapy?
