Hey there,
I have a friend who this year has decided to get into shape, she has started a running clinic and is currently enjoying it.
So to make a long story short, she has managed to hurt her leg. Her running clinic guys say it's normal and have her icing it.
She describes it as follows..
I hurt my leg running though.... it's ok I think.... but I'm growing muscle so as you probably know it has to tear..... fuck it's sore......dull ache..... apparently it's normal.... They just told me to keep icing it......
She describes the location of the pain as follows
beside I think.... on the outside..... like if you put your right hand on your right knee...... slide it down the front of your shin to the middle... then move your hand to the right about 2 inches.... that's where....
Any thoughts from the runners on here?
Og.
