Since yesterday I've felt a strange pain in my knee. I don't really know what could be the cause of this. It started on one of my off days. And I'm doing maxOT so I did my legs on monday. So it isn't due working out.
actually I didn't do anything yesterday. execept I used my swissball as a chair the whole day. and when I got up I felt the pain. any reason why?
anyone know some way to get rid of the pain?? a stretch or something?
