Hi guys, I've been reading over some of the posts and there seems to be quite a bit of good info here.
I was hoping to get some advice on my shoulder bursitis. I've had scans to show my left shoulder bursa is inflamed. I sometimes get pain lifting my arm above my head, but sometimes I'm nearly completly pain free. I find the worst thing i can do is sleep on my left side.
I can do almost all the exercises I need to do except lateral raises.
My current rehab program is some lying rotator cuff work and some dynamic medicine ball rotator cuff stuff too. I stretch my left levator scapular often and finish off with some jacknives on the swiss ball.
Seemes to be helping a bit, but was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of some exercises I could add to it.
I'm considering getting a cortisone shot, but I'm not really into that sort of thing.
Cheers
