Hi Bill, I have just found out that there is an ART practitioner at the wellness institute where I train. He is also listed in your link (see sticky).
I am wondering if a couple of sessions would do me any good, you may remember I had back injury in November, and I dont feel 100% yet, although i am certianly not as bad as I was. I can still squat and deadlift with care.
I have been following the Disc injury thread here, and the discussions about hips and hamstrings might as well be about me as I have many of the mentioned pains and soreness.
Would ART do anything for an individual like me?
