Ive recently felt pain in my left bicep, it only really hurts when peforming a seated row, the machine we have it one where each arm lifts an individual weight, however i dont feel pain on chin-ups whre both arms are used.
it is a bearable pain but does increase with more repetitions,
Could anyone (particularly Bill) help me with what this might be?
any help would be much appreciated
