Ok, I will try to describe this the best I can.
I'm 21 and my left knee give me problems.
When I compress the knee doing squats or leg presses, I can feel something on the back, left side of my knee move out of position. Something pops (no sound) out of place it feels, then goes back when I straigten my leg. There isn't a terrible amount of pain, but it is very uncomfortable and it prevents me from having as effective a workout as I could.
Has anyone experienced this? Know what I should do? Any help would be great!
