i asked about this in my thread 'help with CW's total body workout' over in the training forum, but nobody answered and it died so im asking here . im currently doing CW's total body workout, and i am using 5-6 compound movements instead of 4 compound and 2 iso. basically each workout day has 1 quad dom., 1 hip dom., 1 chest, 2 back and 1 tricep. it doesnt always go like that but that is the general set up. anyway i have a few questions: for a forward shoulder roll..
should i be doing two back exercises everyday, or maybe just throw in the extra one 2 days out of the week or 1 day?
would two row variations work best or would something like a row and a chin up be ok?
is it only the imbalance between the chest and back that causes the forward shoulder roll, or do anterior/posterior delt imbalances also contribute? if the delts also contribute, should i throw in a reverse fly or something to that affect instead of a second back exercise?
thanks for any replies, here's the link to CW's workout http://www.t-nation.com/findArticle....4-073-training

edit: i did receive replies in the other thread, including 'for a forward shoulder roll you need more rowing', but nothing after i asked this.
