I'm currently in school, studying physical therapy and hoping to receive my doctrine as soon as possible. Are there any tips you can give me, regarding schooling and what not? Also, what good books/publications are there out that I should take a look at? I'm interested in learning as much as I can in the field, thanks.

Regarding schooling...get all the answers on the tests correct.

Regarding books...there is an infinite supply of books available to you. Read them all.

Regarding learning as much as you can...see the answers above.

Okay, I've had my fun...

The thing that did it for me was to find a mentor (I've had several). It could be one of your instructors or another PT. Ask them every question you can think of. Ask them what you should be reading, what skills you need, how to do things, etc. Model them initially and then find your own way.

Oh, and don't forget to have a lot of fun and don't date one of your classmates. It doesn't work out.

Lol, good man Bill, thanks. Can you recommend me any books that you personally find to be very interesting as well as educational? My gf has been asking me what I want as a Christmas gift, and I'm looking to get some books. Thanks.

It depends on what you want to learn...

I'd go for a subscription to Playboy if I were you...for the anatomy of course.

One suggestion does come to mind...
