I got distracted and stopped training for about 3 months. I lifted weights Sunday morning with just a little less than what I left off with and now it hurts to move. However, I'm happy to have the pain because it reminds me that I accomplished something with all those muscles. Do you guys feel the same way about postworkout soreness or am I just weird?

I feel the same way, I missed about three months also, went back in yesterday, did a pretty light workout but am sore today, and it feels good...
