Thats one of the wierdest posts I've seen for a long time.

Lets start with:

How did you hurt your ankle?

How did you hurt your knee?

Why do you think your knee is going to blow out?

Exactly what do you mean by 'blow out'?

Why would it happen after the season if you're not playing then?

Perhaps most importantly, have you had it looked at by anyone?

ankle..gotten kicked in it too many times..school trainer wants me to wear a brace from now on in any physical activity

knee-planted my leg, kid kicked it..other leg was in the air going for a kick knee didnt give..then later running it buckled..

blow out-talked to trainer and she looked and said shes gonna let me play to the end, but it mite happen b4 the season ends

i mean that i wont be able to walk on it..im not exactly sure whats going to happen in there, but my trainer thinks that doing too much on it could hurt it worse..i havent been doing many running drills at practice because she said not to if i want to finish the season

If your knee is giving out or buckling, thou shalt go to see a physician to examine thine knee ligaments.

Good idea!

You do know that when they say "blow out your knee" they don't mean, "oh, it may buckle again," but rather that some permanent damage is going to happen, right? And not the kind that you can just wrap up and recover from over Christmas holidays.
Just want to make sure you know that it's pretty serious.

Er...sorry I wasn't clear enough. Your symptoms warrant a visit to a physician (preferrably with an MSK background) soon. Not after the season.
