Hey Guys....

Has anyone tried Liquid Ice before? My trainer recommended it to me, and I recently ordered it online, will get it in about a week. Just curious if anyone has tried it yet for themselves.

Thanks

How is that any better than a gel ice pack + towel, or a bag of peas? Something to ask your trainer.

Its a wrap.. no refrigeration needed. You can carry it in your gym bag, or car etc... and use it when you need it, with out needing a freezer.
The wrap is thin and mobile, so you can use it when running, or working out.
