Question

M/W/F I do full body workouts. T/Th I do ab workouts with a short cardio session. Wknds I do nothing. Lately on the wknds (where I'm doing no exercise) I have stiffnes and dull pain in my lower back. This goes away soon as I hit the weights on Monday and stays gone till I'm off again the following wknd. Does this sound like a precursor to some type of injury? Since it only hurts when I am "not" working out I'm kind of stumped on what to do about it. Anyone have a similar experience?

Maybe. Do you find that you sleep more on the weekends?

Hmm I never thought of that aspect. Answer is no though. I have a weird schedule I work every other wknd and there's no correlation there.
