For my shoulders, that is. This week I finally discontinued taking my naproxen for my shoulders for the first time in 6 months. I've experienced no increase in shoulder discomfort. Yeah, that's right, I've downgraded my pain to mere occasional discomfort. Actually, the more I hit the gym and work on strengthening my shoulder girdle, the better I feel. YIPPEEEE!!!!

Two more weeks of shoulder-only work and I'm gonna gradually increase my gym workload.

And, yes Bill, I know....no overhead lifts (EVER) and no straight bar bench pressing for now -- dumbbells only.
