Lately while doing squats my right knee pops alot when I get near the bottom of the lift. There isn't any pain just alot of popping and sometimes a grinding noise. Should I be concerned with this since there is no pain. I have never injured my knee

No pain plus popping is often attributed to crepitus, a condition caused by normal wear and tear of the knee that often becomes more pronounced with age. That's nothing to worry about, although keep an eye on the grinding noise - it may be crepitis as well, but better safe than sorry.

In general, no pain, no swelling, no limited range of motion, no problem.
