I have been squatting and deadlifing consistently for the past six months. I am following a powerlifter type of training program that consists of doing these movements two times per week, but on different days. I can now squat and dead very comfortable over 300 pounds. However, I have developed pain in my hip, where the femur inserts into the pelvis [right side]. The pain occurs mainly after I squat. What could it be?
