I have been named chiropractic coordinator for the figure skating championships. Ted Forcum is the Medical Director for this event. It is the first time a chiro has been in this position, and we are looking for volunteers for this event.
There are a few criteria that have to be met in order to participate. First, we are looking for a minimum commitment of 4 days. Second, the chiropractor has to be a current member in good standing of the ACASC. Thirdly, their application will be submitted for an FBI clearance.
The event will be in Portland, OR Jan. 9-16, 2005. Applications will be posted on the ACA website. There is a portion of the website that is accessible to the general public that has some info about the event. To get the application, you will need the username and password. Current members can confirm their status with FCER, they can then get the pertinent info to get on the website. The ACASC website is
