Hello all,
I have a question that some kind sole will hopefull solve as it making my workout a bit of a pain,
with most exercises that require me to have a strong grip i.e bicep curls , i get the most uncomfortable pain in my knuckles and wrists which means i cannot lift nearly as much or for nearly as long without letting go, i have tried some cheap wrist supports but they made absoulty no difference and i dont want to buy expensive ones if this isnt going to solve the problem....any ideas what could be causing this

Is there any other time you experience this same pain?
Does it go away as soon as you stop the exercise?
