it hurts somewhere below my pinky at my wrist.
I think it started when i ran into someone when I was playing rugby at school. that was a while ago, before the summer vacation. but now it started hurting again after I started working out a bit heavier.
it isn't really painfull and it only hurts when doing bicep curls, upright rows, wrist exercises and chinups. I don't have any problems with other excercises
When I twist my wrist for a short amount of time it also gets better
and it's not swollen or anything but the last 2 times I still felt the pain after the workout so I'm gessing it's getting worse.
