Hello, I have a wrist injury. It's not that bad yet but I'm having problems when doing Bicep and wrist exercises. Can anyone tell me how to cure this injury as soon as possible? Because actually I never have any problems when doing other exercises not even when doing deads.

Squat: 195kg - 429lbs (training) ..seriously outdated..
Bench press: 135kg - 297lbs (training)
Deadlift: 190kg - 418lbs (training)

Need more info...

Where exactly is the pain?
How did it start?
How long has it hurt?
What movements are painful?
Does anything make it better?
What specific exercises are painful?
What exercises are not painful?
Does it swell?
Does it hurt after the workout?

it hurts somewhere below my pinky at my wrist.
I think it started when i ran into someone when I was playing rugby at school. that was a while ago, before the summer vacation. but now it started hurting again after I started working out a bit heavier.
it isn't really painfull and it only hurts when doing bicep curls, upright rows, wrist exercises and chinups. I don't have any problems with other excercises
When I twist my wrist for a short amount of time it also gets better
and it's not swollen or anything but the last 2 times I still felt the pain after the workout so I'm gessing it's getting worse.
