Hey everyone,
Like I said in the subject title, I think I have tennis elbow. The story is: I just got my first car recently and its got cranck windows and I always roll my window down. So anyways I think Ive developed tennis elbow, It doesnt hurt at all unless I fully extend it. But its perfectly fine until after halfway of fully extended and 90 degrees. Its not real bad but I hate to make it worse by not relaxing it. So I havent been in the gym for atleast a week

. So what do I do? Should I strat taking advil and keep relaxing it? Put ice on it? I really dont know what direction so go in but I thought maybe someone in here could help me out. Any comments are welcome. Also does anyone know about how long it takes for tennis elbow to go away?
