Hey everyone,

Like I said in the subject title, I think I have tennis elbow. The story is: I just got my first car recently and its got cranck windows and I always roll my window down. So anyways I think Ive developed tennis elbow, It doesnt hurt at all unless I fully extend it. But its perfectly fine until after halfway of fully extended and 90 degrees. Its not real bad but I hate to make it worse by not relaxing it. So I havent been in the gym for atleast a week . So what do I do? Should I strat taking advil and keep relaxing it? Put ice on it? I really dont know what direction so go in but I thought maybe someone in here could help me out. Any comments are welcome. Also does anyone know about how long it takes for tennis elbow to go away?

And thanks in advance for any advice given and sorry to make the thread so lengthy but I wanted to make sure I let everyone know the whole situation. -Seth

Hey Q thanks for moving it. I didnt know that General Health was the wrong place for it... Ive never been in the injuries and rehab section of the forums and didnt realise there was one. Ive always stuck with Training, Off Topic, and Running. So thanks again.

If it is actually tennis elbow, and not something else, here's the thread:
