See a Doc to rule out anything serious. Sounds what I had/have which is a weak TVA. Do you run a lot?? Some runners experience the same thing. For me, some core exercises and stretching the hams and glutes worked. There are some good breathing exercises that might help. Go to ex/rx.net for the stretches.
