Made a big post yesterday but lost connection, so short version today. If I put my left arm behind my back and reach my hand up towards my neck, I can get about 5 inches higher than if I do the same with my right arm. I've had shoulder problems with my right arm for a few years now but have just ignored them and worked around the issues.

Who do I see to get it fixed? A physiotherapist? Someone else?

Does it bother you? I can do the same thing with my left arm AND that'ss the one that's injured. My therapist said it's due to a dominant side or something I'm right handed but she said it didn't matter. She has the same prob, and she is a Triathlete. If you need to see someone, I'd say a Physiotherapist.

The fact I cant do the stretch itself doesn't bother me as such, although I worry its a sign of poor flexibility that could affect me in some other way. Its more just one more thing on that shoulder that has me wondering if I should stop putting it off and have it looked at. Getting tired of it hurting when I do some fairly simple movements anyway.

Thanks.
