I started doing some Internal/External rotation exercises last week while varying the angle of my forearm. And, man-o-man what a difference 2 weeks can make! I'm no longer waking up in the morning in pain, I have practically no throbbing or irritating discomfort throughout the day, and my shoulders don't sound like Rice Krispies cereal anymore (well, at least for the most part).

Thanks Bill H.!!!

Great to hear, man! Pretty soon all this shoulder stuff will just be a vague memory!

And I'll be stealing those ideas from you for myself!
