. Any lifts Any exercises I need to avoid? I was planning on doing phase 7 advanced of HGM when I got home tonight I should skip?

What is the workout? I don't know Home Grown Muscle or any of its phases.

I can tell you one thing that Bill will say for sure.

Limited intensity or load
Limited duration (of a movement or set)

Limited acceleration/deceleration
Limited power
Limited rate of force development
Limited velocity
Limited range of motion
Limited complexity (i.e., split squat to lunge to multiple angle lunge)

You must then proceed to increase each variable based on your perception of effort, symptoms, and quality of technique (good to have a second set of eyes to observe for any deviations from optimal)

Only when an individual perceives himself to be fully rehabilitated is he then fully rehabilitated.

If it hurts don't do it. I know it's seems like to simple a concept, but you'll find that there will be tension on your hamstring at unusual times like rowing and various lower extremity exercises.

Heal first. After about 48-72 hours, begin gentle flexibilitiy exercises.
