There seems to be a lot of shoulder problems and this board and I read that doing the cuban press may prevent shoulder injury.

It works the muscle opposite the rotator cuff which can help keep it and the surrounding muscles strong.

It is a very humbling exercize but IMO it is fun to do.

It is so painfull though.

Read this. The cuban press is in here. This is an excellent routine (should be bookmarked).
